7 – Finding Hope with the Thief on the Cross

Jesus Christ offered paradise to an unlikely recipient: the thief on the cross. While dying on the cross, Jesus Christ extends mercy to this man who deserved the death he experienced. He himself admitted this (Luke 23:39-41). So Jesus didn’t grant this grace to him based on his good works or righteousness. He had none to offer. This amazing Bible account offers hope to all who realize they have nothing to offer God to appease Him.
